- 1 (31g) scoop vanilla rice protein
- 1/4 C quick rolled oats
- 1/4 C pumpkin puree
- 2 T pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 2 T maple syrup
- 2 T bourbon*
- 2 T semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 T coconut flour
- 1 tsp pie spice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
*Note: for a kid-friendly recipe, simply replace the bourbon with almond milk.
